Am very sure this can only happen in Ghana cos in Nigeria, such child will even be afraid to go home let alone show his parents his report card. If your child or sibling were to be in this situation what will you do? scoffs! imagine you were my neighbour's child and you are going home with this grade, then YOU ARE DEAD!
